How It Works

1. Schedule a Free Consultation

You have choices in who you work with, so I want to make sure you feel confident that I’m the right therapist for you. We’ll chat about your goals and discuss your questions to make sure we are a good fit.

2. Collaborate on a Plan

Do you want to meet weekly? Every other week? I’ll spend time getting to know more about you, your background, and your goals during the first few sessions. We’ll create a plan together to work on your goals in a ways that makes sense for you.

3. Work Together

With curiosity and compassion, we’ll uncover and strengthen your tools for making the changes you want to see. I’ll use your feedback to co-create a safe space for the deep growth and healing you’re looking for.
